Ceremony

Typically last approximately 10 to 25 minutes. Also great for renewing your wedding vows. We can assist in planning your ceremony, with consultation by phone, video conference or email – including planning of special location or venue. Working with your wedding planner or coordinator to make sure everyone knows his or her part in the ceremony. Customization of wedding ceremony script(s) to make it more unique and special for you and your fiancée. Ceremony includes questions of intent, customized wedding vows (ceremony) and signing & return of marriage license and one unity within the ceremony (Unity Sand, Unity Cross, Hand Fasting, Unity Candle, etc. Each additional unity is $25). This does not include the officiant to be present at the rehearsal, travel fess or any special unity request. Your ceremony can be customized to meet your individual needs.

Mileage Fees

*All prices are within a 20 mile radius of zip code 77047. Wedding locations outside of the 20 mile radius may be subject to a trip fee ranging from $40 up to $250.

Those parameters are:
20 to 40 miles is $50,
41 to 60 miles to $60,
61 to 75 miles is $85,
76 to 95 miles is $150, and
96 plus miles $250.

A non-refundable deposit of $150 is due upon booking. If deposit is not paid within 24 hours of date of booking, invoice will be cancelled and your reserved date will be released. We cannot hold your date without your paid deposit. All prices are subject to change without notice. Tipping is encouraged but, not required.

**Effective immediately. 30-45 minute delays will be subject to $100 late starting fee. Please contact us for specific details.**

Final balance is due one week prior to any rehearsal or wedding ceremony before services are rendered. No exceptions. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal, any bank debit card, CashApp, Venmo, Zelle or cash only. Deposits must me made within 24 hours once invoice is issued. No requested services or date(s) shall be put on-hold longer than one day once an invoice is issued. Tipping is encouraged but, not required. All invoicing is done through email using Square Invoicing. No personal checks, business checks, money orders or cashiers check will be accepted for any services at anytime for any reason.

Additional fees that may apply for services performed on major U.S. holidays, outside standard operations, or on short notice. Here’s a breakdown of the charges:

Holiday Fees:
- An extra charge of $75 to $200 will apply for services performed on major U.S. holidays, including but not limited to:
  - New Year’s Eve (4 PM – 12 Midnight)
  - New Year’s Day
  - Valentine’s Day
  - Memorial Day Weekend
  - July 3rd & 4th
  - Labor Day Weekend
  - Easter (including the weekend)
  - Halloween (4 PM – 12 Midnight)
  - Thanksgiving (including the weekend)
  - Mother’s Day & Father’s Day
  - Christmas Eve (including the weekend)
  - Christmas Day (including the weekend)
  - Cinco de Mayo
  - Presidents’ Day
  - Any other major U.S. holiday
Tipping is encouraged but not required.
Additional Service Fees:
- A charge of $50 to $200 may be added for any special accommodations or services that fall outside normal daily operations or standard ceremony procedures.
Weekday Scheduling:
- Ceremonies held on Monday through Friday must be scheduled after 5 PM (CST).
- If you require a ceremony before 5 PM, please contact us in advance to confirm availability.
Rush Fees:
- A $25 to $75 charge applies for ceremonies scheduled within 5 to 7 business days of the confirmed booking.
- These fees cannot be waived.

Pre-marital Counseling

The Healthy Marriage Program by the Texas Department of Health and Human Services offers voluntary education to help couples build strong and healthy relationships. This program provides marital, pre-marital, and relationship education classes through the Twogether in Texas website.

Key Benefits:

Free and open to all Texans – No eligibility requirements.
Pre-marital education – Couples who complete an approved course receive a completion certificate.
Marriage license benefits:
- Up to $60 off the marriage license fee.
- Waiver of the 72-hour waiting period before marriage.

How to Participate:

Use the “Search for Marriage Education Services” tool.
Enter your ZIP code, city, or county to find approved counselors and classes.
Complete a course and receive your certificate.
Present the certificate to a Texas county clerk to claim your benefits.

This program is a great resource for couples looking to strengthen their relationship while saving on marriage license costs!

We are always available via phone or email for unlimited ceremony planning help and to answer all your questions. All the planning can be done via email or phone. But we will gladly meet with you for a planning session, either at the start of your planning or right before your wedding to make sure everything is ready.

We will provide you with a large variety of ceremonies and wedding vows.

Children, Family, Friends and/or pets can be incorporated in the ceremony.
